Included with this oven is a 3 piece oven (Dome, Hearth, Arch, Decorative Door, Flue Adaptor), Install Kit (Insulating Board, Insulating Blanket, Mortar), and Cooking Kit (Pizza Peel, Brush). This oven has a small footprint, which makes it a great permanent addition to any patio. It is available with no base, with a base with four open sides (pictured), or with a base with one side open and three sides closed. This oven is part of the Mario Batali™ signature line of wood fired brick ovens.
