Just like the Original Bradley Smoker, this grill is designed to give you perfectly smoked food. Smokers have to maintain a consistent temperature in order to create clean, continuous smoke, or you wind up with high temperature gases and acids that can make smoked food taste bitter or acidic. The Bradley Four Rack Digital Smoker has the advantages of digital technology. Now you can control the time, temperature and the amount of smoke that you want for your food. It comes with its own smoke generator that maintains a consistent internal temperature by burning one flavor bisquette (sold separately) every 20 minutes resulting in great smoked flavored food. .

Each Bradley Smoker measures 17in W x 14in D x 31in HT - 24in W with Generator on the outside, making it about the size of a small refrigerator. Every smoker comes with 4 adjustable wire racks, a recipe book, a rectangular tray and drip bowl, a user guide and a 12 month warranty. This smoker produces cool, clean smoke with digital controls for the time, temperature and the smoke. Works on any 120V power. The outside box is constructed of powder epoxy steel with a stainless steel internal construction, and weighs approximately 60 pounds. Bradley Bisquettes are available in ten different flavors or in a variety pack.
