Can we purchase just the 3D plans?

Unfortunately at this time, we are not able to sell just the plans at this time. A large portion of these plans are dedicated to the specific items that are only available from the manufacturer of this kit itself and thus largely would be unuseable as a good source for plans only. (EX: Instructions for cutting the wood, drilling the holes for adding the beam legs of the A-Frame and the beam attachment support on the fort are tailored specific to the A-Frame brackets and beam support plate included with this kit or available from this mfg. Simlarly, the entry ladder to crawl into the raised floor of the fort has specific instructions for the wood cuts, holes that are specific to the brackets and the top connection hardware from this manufacturer.and in this kit. )

Trailblazer Fort Kit with Rope Ladder is the perfect playset for those with limited space. The Trailblazer Fort Kits have a 6' x 6' Fort with a deck height of 5 feet. It's designed for children under the age of 12 and can support over 250lbs! All-bolt construction (no nails to work lose), 4 x 4 framing and other strengthening features are used to insure the strongest sturdiest Do-it-Yourself playset. Anchor rods and/or supports are never needed with these kits. The Trailblazer's Fort Dimensions are 6' wide x 6' long x 11' high (6' x 14' x 11' with slide). The ladder steps are wide and flat designed around our powder-coated 14 gauge brackets (hardware included). Each kit has an easy to follow 3D illustrated manual which includes a lumber purchase/check sheet.

This is a perfect Do-It-Yourself project. With a little patience and a few hand tools, you can build an amazing Trailblazer Fort for your children. Approximate build time is 8 to 10 hours.

Lumber is NOT included. Lumber costs for the fort is approximately $250-275 using #2 pressure treated pine. You can use any type of wood you choose. Check with your local lumber professional for wood types and pricing. Click here for the Trailblazer Swing Set Wood List

  • One Pair of Safety Handles
  • Hot-Dipped Galvanized hardware for superior outdoor rust and corrosion protection. 130% thicker than zinc plating.
  • All nuts, bolts, lag bolts, screws, washers and snaps included. No additional hardware to purchase for up to 3 swing positions.
  • Belt Swings come with plastisol coated chains to prevent "Pinching" and Heavy Duty Iron Ductile Swing Hangers that give your swing set that Herculean look instead of the standard single Bolt Swing Hangers. These hangers are much more durable and recommended for heavier loads.
  • 3' x 9' Rope Ladder with six stained 1 1/4" hardwood dowels and four 1/2" nylon ropes.

  • The Trailblazer Fort Kit was designed for a 10' slide. We have quite an assortment of Slides that are available. Slides are sold separately. Slide delivery time is approximately 1 to 2 weeks via motor freight shipment.
