Using efficient solar-powered technology, the newly improved solar top features a larger solar panel, more efficient LEDs, and better battery performance. Solar lamp lights receive their energy from built-in batteries charged daily by the sun, which in turn light the 6 super-bright LED bulbs for up to 12 hours at night. Each solar lamp post has real beveled glass panes that add to the late 19th century appeal. No maintenance is required, and the powder-coated cast-aluminum solar lamp posts are weather resistant and won't rust. The solar lamp post turns on automatically at dusk and off at dawn. The solar lamp post can be bolted down (bolts included).
Each solar light comes complete with its own rechargeable batteries. The lights are totally weatherproof and suitable for year round use.
Solar lights contain solar cells that must receive direct sunlight in order to operate at night. Not recommended for wooded or shaded areas.
