The Fort Mendota Swing Set provides a real adventure in creative play. This is our most popular and versatile swing set playcenter. Fort Mendota includes lots of exciting play elements to stimulate the imagination of even the most energetic child. This uniquely designed swing set helps develop motor skills, strength, and confidence.

The Fort Mendota Wooden Swing Set is constructed of #1 Southern Yellow Pine and features a spacious 4' x 6' play fort with preassembled walls and a 5' high platform. The platform is easily accessible by our slanted ladder with grooved 2" x 4" steps for sure-footed climbing. There is also a side fort rope ladder to help develop upper body and leg strength. Our durable marine grade vinyl top with rip-stop mesh provides a shady, cool retreat for private dreaming or imaginative play. The lower level sandbox with two (2) corner seats serves as the ideal training ground for tomorrow's engineers. Play fort sidewalls are predrilled so that swings may be added as family size and budget grows.

The flexibility and versatility of the Fort Mendota Swing Set playcenter means fun and action for the whole family. Customize your vinyl play fort top with your choice of color, or choose a wooden top for a different look. Choose a Wave Slide or Straight Slide in Yellow or Green. A traditional 2" x 6" overhead ladder (monkey bars) invites hand-over-hand climbing, or you may prefer a single 4" x 6" swing beam. The Fort Cargo Net / Pole, Outback Ramp 11, and Fort Picnic Table are only a few of the optional accessories available and shown on this system.

We recommend a soft, resilient surface be maintained under and around all play centers. Allow 6' minimum clearance on all sides.
