Are the Coolaroo Party Shade Sails waterproof?
The Party Shade Sail by Coolaroo is not fully waterproof. It is a breathable, knitted HDPE fabric allows water to pass through to prevent pooling, but the material itself will not absorb water. They dry quickly after a rain, and are highly resistant to rot, mold and mildew. While they do provide excellent shade and UV protection, it does not provide a waterproof barrier.
