The Olefin Rope Hammocks are a traditional hammock with a synthetic braid. They are color-fast, highly resistant to rot and mildew and treated with UV protectant. Olefin makes an excellent choice for hammocks because the olefin dries very quickly and is resistant to breakdown due to chemicals, perspiration, mildew and weather. It is also stain resistant, easy to clean and light weight, everything you would look for in a rope hammock.

Nylon Rope Hammocks are stronger than cotton yet soft, elastic and lusterous, their comfort is hard to beat. The Nylon Hammocks are hand woven from 100% industrial strength nylon. The yarn used is the same yarn used to make fishing nets for fishing industries. It is meant to be in and out of water or in the sunshine, wet and dry. It is built to last yet the rope is very soft and silky to the touch. The nylon rope used to make these Hammocks has a tensile strength of 1000 lbs. and has been treated for rot, mildew and ultra violet protection.

The Fabric Hammocks we offer are made with either authentic US Army rip-stop parachute nylon or Sunbrella fabric. Sunbrella fabrics are tough enough to withstand the extremes of Mother Nature, are fade and stain resistant and will remain beautiful year after year. All of these superb hammocks feature a 5 Year Warranty against manufacturer defects and come in a variety of colors
