The Vesuvio Brick Oven is a beautiful and functional woodburning oven. It combines cutting edge technology with classic charm. The oven features a Unilock® Brussels Dimensional Stone® enclosure for a unique Old World hearth look. Included with this oven is a 3 piece oven (Dome, Hearth, Arch, Decorative Door, Flue Adaptor), Install Kit (Insulating Board, Insulating Blanket, Mortar), and Cooking Kit (Pizza Peel, Brush). The oven has a two-piece modular construction, which makes installation easy in less than an hour.

This oven is part of the Mario Batali™ signature line of wood fired brick ovens. Chicago Brick Oven has paired with the world-renowned chef, Mario Batali, to create this line of beautiful, pre-assembled ovens that are varied enough to fit anyone's budget and space needs. All ovens are Made in the USA.
