30 Day Unconditional Guarantee: All of our Oriental umbrellas and bases come with an unconditional 30-day money back guarantee from the date they are received. If you are not completely satisfied with the umbrella or base, send it back to us for a full refund (minus shipping expenses). The umbrella and/or base must be free from damage and in similar condition to when it was received for a full refund.

Frames and Bases: All Oriental umbrellas and bases are warranted for a period of 1 year from the date they are received. We warrant that these products shall be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use. Defects shall be determined upon factory discretion. A photograph of the affected part/s is required before an umbrella can be replaced.

What is not covered: Damage caused from wind conditions or acts of nature, such as hail, torrential rain or other similar harsh weather conditions are not covered in our 1-year warranty? Evidence indicative of wind damage include broken rib assemblies or torn shades.

Shades: Our umbrella shades have a 1-year limited warranty against loss of color or strength from normal exposure conditions. Torn or ripped shades as a result of wind or torrential rain or hail are not covered. A photograph of the shade is required before we can send a replacement umbrella.

1-90 days after purchase – replacement shade provided at no charge.

91-365 days after purchase – customer pays $99 for a service charge on the replacement shade.
