The Electric Smokehouse by Masterbuilt uses digital controls to help you create culinary masterpieces. The heating element adjusts up to 350° and is regulated by a digital thermostat, providing evenness in cooking temperature. The wood of your choice smolders in the electrically heated, removable wood chute. Insulated walls trap heat and eliminate drying. The Smoker comes with four racks that provide 160 square inches of cooking space for cooking sausage, chicken, ham, fish, jerky, and vegetables.
