The XL7 Sidepost Umbrella is a wonderful addition to your backyard, deck, or pool area. It features a graphite frame and comes in a choice of a market or valance style canopy (there is an additional charge for valance). The umbrella measures 10 x 13 ft. The Sunbrella canopy for this umbrella is available in various brilliant colors. The whole unit can be rotated a full 360 degrees on the base and has a crank opening mechanism. Because of an ingenuous tilt mechanism, the canopy can be adjusted and tilted back towards the pole to accomodate your needs. The closed canopy moves backward toward the pole, so it saves space when not in use.
Many traditional patio umbrellas must be placed in the center hole of a patio table to keep the umbrella from tipping over. Unfortunately, the table itself benefits the most from the umbrella’s shade, leaving at least one person under the umbrella partially or fully exposed to the sun's heat and harmful rays. With one of these offset umbrellas, everyone can keep their cool in the shade at almost any time of the day.
There are several different types and styles of bases to choose from to support and help protect your umbrella. This umbrella comes standard with Ground Insert Base - GIB (recommended). A Deck Mount Plate and Free Standing Offset Base are also available.
