Each Jim Beam Smoker measures 17 inches W x 14 inches D x 31 inches HT or 24 inches W with the Generator on the side, and weighs approximately 42 pounds. The cooking area is 2288 cubic inches with 520 square inches in the rack area. There are digital controls for the time, temperature and the smoke, and the smoker comes with a 12 month warranty. Smokers are constructed of polished stainless steel with an powder epoxy finish. They come with a user guide, a recipe booklet, rectangular tray and drip bowl. Bisquettes are not included.
