The Bradleys have been making quality smoker grills for over 20 years. Smokers have to maintain a consistent temperature in order to create clean, continuous smoke, or you wind up with high temperature gases and acids that can make smoked food taste bitter or acidic. The Bradley Original Black Smoker comes with its own smoke generator that maintains a consistent internal temperature by burning one flavor bisquette (sold separately) every 20 minutes resulting in great smoked flavored food. Bradley Bisquettes are available in ten different flavors or in a variety pack.

Each Bradley Smoker measures 24-1/2" W by 14-1/2" D by 31-3/4" H with the generator on the outside, making it about the size of a small refrigerator. This smoker produces cool, clean smoke for up to 8 hours safely without needing to be tended constantly. Every smoker comes with 4 adjustable wire racks, a recipe book, a user guide and a 12 month warranty. Works on any 120V power. The outside box is constructed of powder epoxy steel with an aluminum internal construction, and weighs approximately 35 pounds. An independently controlled internal heating element allows this smoker to also hot smoke or you can use it as a slow roasting oven.
